Meet Kim Thompson, our shop momma — the proud owner of One 17 Hair Studios and Master Hair Stylist. With over 30 years in the industry, Kim specializes in Schwarzkof color, hand painting and balayage, color correction, precision cuts, three types of hair extensions, custom wig making, and skilled care for every hair texture.
Kim’s passion for hair is matched only by her busy, joyful life outside the studio. On her days off she loves traveling with her family, snacking, hanging out with friends, hiking, and—true to form—finding even more ways to work and create.

Shane
Meet Shane Doucet — our funny redhead. With 10+ years in hair and makeup, she delivers expert, friendly service. L’ANZA specialist offering color, balayage, precision cuts, extensions, and care for all textures. Makeup is her specialty, using cruelty-free brands (Kryolan, Beauty For Real, Tarte). Experience includes photoshoots, film sets, weddings, and day-to-night looks. Off-duty, she enjoys family time, shopping, trash TV, reading, and dining out.

Meet Cecilia “Cece” Moya — our salon barber. She specializes in men’s grooming, including fades and precision shear work. If you’re in the mood for curls, she’s got you covered. Cece also enjoys cutting and styling women’s hair and provides waxing services.
Cece has been a stylist for about 15 years and truly loves what she does. A Las Vegas native, she enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking with her family and her dog, Roscoe. She’s a sports fan and proudly roots for the Lakers.
