New Policy | Effective May 9th, 2020

One 17 Hair Studios will be implementing new policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and guests.

All members of the One 17 Hair Studios Team have been BARBICIDE® Certified. Every stylist and technician is certified by the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology and has been trained to understand and apply proper sanitation and disinfecting practices and procedures consistent with state regulations and the highest industry standards.

If you or anyone you have been in contact with has been ill within the last 14 days, we ask that you please reschedule your appointments and/or refrain from scheduling any new appointments with a stylist/technician until you’ve been free of any illness or contact with an ill person for at least 14 days. 

One 17 Hair Studios Team Members are limited to servicing one guest at a time. There will be no waiting in the lobby, so please contact your stylist/technician before arriving to make sure they are present on site and ready to assist you at your scheduled time. Stylists/technician will notify their guests if they are absent or running behind to avoid keeping guests waiting outside.

No additional persons may accompany a guest if they are not also getting services unless the guest is a minor in which case a parent may accompany them and will be asked to wait in the lobby until the completion of their child’s service.

Stylists/technicians may request that their guest wear a mask. In the event that you are asked to wear a mask, one will be provided, though we encourage guests to bring their own if they have them.

Guests will not able permitted to wear gloves while receiving their service. The salon will provide guests will ample access to hand sanitizer, or guests are welcome to wash their hands in our restroom as they desire.

All One 17 Hair Studios Team Members and guests will be expected to practice proper social distancing.

These policies and procedures may be modified by the owner at their discretion or per the regulations set forth by the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology.
